The view from the room was breathtaking, with stunning scenery and beautiful sunsets. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always willing to assist with any requests or questions. The breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to all tastes.
The hotel lacked basic amenities and the beds were uncomfortable. it was not a pleasant experience and I would not recommend staying here.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money is exceptional, especially considering the prime waterfront location in the pedestrian area. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail, such as the well-maintained rooms with balconies that offered stunning views of El Teide. Additionally, the breakfast catered to all dietary needs, including options for a low-fat diet. this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
All aspects of my stay were absolutely fine.

The breakfast was decent and well, located, with great views of the surrounding area. the staff also provided helpful local recommendations for things to do and see. the lobby area was modern and well, decorated, providing a pleasant atmosphere to relax in.
The rooms were disappointing and not as advertised. the lack of proper sound insulation meant that the constant noise from the nearby nightclub kept me and my family awake all night.

Great location with stunning views of the ocean and town. Friendly and efficient staff who provide excellent service. Clean and well-maintained rooms with comfortable beds and basic amenities. Good value for money with reasonable prices for drinks at the rooftop bar and plenty of space for sunbathing around the pool.
All was well, nothing to complain about.

Great location in the heart of the town, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and multilingual. The sea-facing rooms allow for a refreshing breeze. The breakfast catering is satisfactory and the bar is well stocked.
The hotel is partially repainted and gives a mixed impression. The lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms and uncomfortable memory foam mattresses were a downside.
